Description
More meshing practice using Pokemon. I wanted to do a mix of Illustrator Gradient Mesh and Photoshop effects. Therefore, this was naturally done using both programs.
On the fanart side of this, I don't really like using Rotom, but I just can't help but like its concept and the way it looks. Anyway, hope you like it.
