Description
An OC of mine, Cecilia.
She's a Pokemon trainer if that wasn't obvious. Her preferred Pokemon is a Skitty (as seen above). She was inspired by me playing back through my FireRed and my anticipation for HeartGold and SoulSilver.
On the art side of things, I have to say that this is one of my prouder works in quite a while. Hope you guys like it.
PS - If you've watched me for a while, you may notice that the Skitty is recycled from a previous deviation.
